We build, ship, and run useful things for the web.
NeuroLabs is a small product lab on Canada's east coast. We find everyday problems, build focused tools that solve them, and keep running them long after launch — and we bring the same system to client builds. Everything below is proof, not portfolio filler.

A lab, not an agency.
NeuroLabs started with a simple observation: most useful software is small. A number you can look up before answering the phone. A calculator that just works. A resume scanner that tells you the truth. None of it needs a growth team or a funding round — it needs to be built well and kept running.
So that's what we do. NeuroLabs is the independent studio of Dominic Harper — a former commercial banker in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. We build things well, keep them running, and measure success by whether people come back to use them. And when a business wants something built the same way, we take that on too.
Want one built like these?
This is what shipping looks like when one small lab handles design, build, launch, and upkeep. We take on a limited number of client builds — marketing sites and web products for businesses that want it done fast, honest, and built to last. See a full before-and-after →
