Tell us about your project.
One form, and it lands with the people who would do the work—there is no account-management layer to get through first. Tell us where things stand: a new idea, an ageing site, or a build somebody walked away from. You’ll get a direct reply within one business day.
Project intake
Send a brief.
Tell us where it stands—no judgment, the rough ones are the interesting ones. Share the site, the business, and what a useful outcome would look like. A person reads it, and you get a direct reply within one business day.
Prefer to talk it through? Book an introductory call instead—no pitch deck, no discovery fee. NeuroLabs works in the Atlantic time zone from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, and with clients anywhere.
Make the reply useful
What to put in a brief.
None of this is required—a single paragraph is a perfectly good start, and we will ask about the rest. But the more of it you include, the more specific the first reply can be, and the faster we can tell you whether a rescue, a rebuild, or a new build is the honest recommendation.
If the answer to any of these is “I don’t know,” write that. On inherited and AI-built projects, “I don’t know” is the most useful thing you can tell us.
Six useful lines
Worth including
- The current site address, if there is one—broken, half-finished and embarrassing all count
- What the business does and who it is for
- What is going wrong now, in your own words
- How it was built, if you know: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, an AI tool, a developer who has since gone quiet
- Whether you control the domain, hosting and logins
- What a good outcome looks like—and anything fixed on the calendar it has to land before
