Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada

Web development in Charlottetown, PEI.

NeuroLabs is an independent web development and product studio in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. We build websites, web applications and automation—and we rescue the ones that are outdated, abandoned, or generated by an AI tool and left unmaintainable. We work with Island businesses and organizations, and with clients anywhere else in the world.

01 / PlainlyWho, where, what, for whom

Who: a small, independent studio—one team from the first conversation through launch and the years of maintenance afterward, with no account-management layer standing between you and the person writing the code.

Where: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. That is where the work is made. It is not a satellite office of anything, and there is nobody offshore behind it.

What: new websites, quoted flat from $1,500 CAD before any code is written. Rescues and rebuilds of sites that have gone stale, gone dark, or been generated by an AI tool and abandoned—each one starting with a paid, time-boxed diagnosis and a firm written quote. Web applications and practical automation when a repeated problem deserves a real system.

For whom: Island businesses, non-profits, tradespeople, tourism operators and professional practices who need a site that actually brings in work—alongside clients in other provinces and other countries, wherever the work makes sense. We also build and run six live web products of our own, which is where the maintenance habits come from.

Areas served

Island-wide, and past the bridge.

Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall, Summerside, Montague and Island-wide—and clients well beyond the bridge. Every project runs the same way whether the business is down the road from the studio or on the other side of an ocean: written scopes, flat quotes, a real launch, and someone still answering afterward.

If you are on the Island and would rather start with a coffee than a form, say so in your brief.

02 / Local proofA PEI client, a real rebuild

A PEI rebuild you can look at.

Down East Music shoots Prince Edward Island’s festival summer, and the photography deserved better than a stock Wix template. We rebuilt the site by hand: a distinctive identity, a festival hub, editorial coverage, and pages tuned for photography. Drag the divider on the case study to compare the same site before and after.

03 / Why localEven when the work is remote

Why local still matters.

Almost all of the work happens over email, calls and shared repositories. That does not make where the studio sits irrelevant—it makes it one of the few things you can actually verify.

L-01

The same time zone as you

For Atlantic clients, a question sent in the morning is a question answered in the morning. No waiting for a continent to wake up, and no support window that opens after your customers have already given up.

L-02

You can meet in person

If you would rather sit across a table than stare at a video call, you can. It is rarely necessary and it is always available—which is a different thing from a studio that could not do it if you asked.

L-03

Nobody offshore

The work is not resold, subcontracted or handed to a team you will never speak to. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and the person who maintains it.

L-04

Accountable at close range

A studio in a small place cannot afford to leave a client with a half-finished site. That is not a marketing promise; it is arithmetic.
